Remarks:

Another big advantage is that the laundry is almost on the opposite side of the street (normally in Belgium there's no washing machine in student houses). The landlords are very nice and tolerant. The house is placed in a very safe district of Antwerp. The Stadspark is in 5 minutes which can be especially great for those who like jogging.
